PORTRAIT SESSION INFO:

Portrait session types – you may pick one of the following:

Individual Portrait; Senior Photos; Business & Social Media Headshots; Family* (up to 4 people); Friends* (up to 4 people); Maternity; Lifestyle; Art Portraiture

*$25 per additional person

Prior to your session date you can expect:

Pre shoot consultation via email or phone. This includes a few makeup & clothing tips, going over & signing the portrait agreement, picking your session date and completing the deposit, answering any questions you may have.

All sessions in the studio* require a $100, non-refundable deposit due in full when booking your appointment in order to hold your time slot. The remainder of your session fee is due in full on the day of your session prior to start time.

*For on location bookings within 30 miles round trip of the studio a $150, non-refundable deposit will be due – $50 of which is for travel costs and will not be applied towards your final session cost. All on location spots are chosen by you.

On the day of your session you will get:

Up to 60 minutes in the studio with up to 3 clothing changes.

Within two weeks of your completed session date:

You will receive all of the culled and edited photo proofs from your session via Dropbox or my website. You should expect a minimum of 25 web sized images. You will choose your one favorite image and that will be sent to you in both a print and web format and will receive an additional edit if requested. A basic edit is included on all images. This means things such as color, contrast and exposure will be checked. Per your request more extensive editing on a photo, such as hair smoothing or removing of wrinkles or blemishes etc, can be done for $10 per image.  You will receive personal printing rights and permission to use photos on social media and business websites. No permission is granted to edit photos in any way.

Total Session Cost:

$300 plus CT state sales tax.

A DAY IN THE LIFE SESSION:

Documentary style portrait session in your home:

Though this is the day and age of everybody wanting digital copies of their photos – I love and find more value in delivering prints to my clients. They have longevity and are organic and tactile. You’ll be able to pull them out 20 years from now to tell your kids or grand-kids stories about where you / they come from. As each generation passes away, pictures are a link to our histories. They keep us connected in ways that files on a thumb drive that never get printed or seen ever can.

The A Day in the Life session gets you your very own “paparazzi”. This is a documentary/photo journalistic style photo session of your family in your home. No need to dress up or try to look perfect for that one posed shot. We capture the ordinary moments of your everyday life.

Your session includes:

Pre shoot consultation by email or phone; up to 3 hour session time in your home; a basic edit of your culled photos; fifty 5 x 7 prints.

Total Session Cost:

$600 plus CT state sales tax. Payment in full is required to book your session date. Travel is included for the first 30 miles round trip from the studio. A cost of $50 will be applied for each additional 30 miles of round trip travel from the studio.

Please allow up to 4 weeks for order fulfillment. Occasionally albums will take slightly longer as they are individually printed and beautifully handmade by my professional lab.

By holding an appointment date for you, I am turning away other business for that date & time. Should you need to reschedule your appointment, with 48 hours’ notice, we will rebook for one more date.

All products will be ordered by the studio once payment has been received in full. A $15 shipping fee will be added to all mailed prints and $15 for each album. Pick up in the studio is complimentary. All images will be kept on file for 30 days after your order is delivered and then put into archive. After 6 months they will be deleted.

All images remain copyright of Tania Palermo. They may not be sold, altered or claimed as your own work in anyway. Posting images to social media sites without the watermark is a violation of use. Tania Palermo is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged images you’ve purchased. It is recommended that you make a backup copy of any files sent to you.
