Appointment Guidelines

In consideration of others:

  • All appointments start on time. If you arrive late and another client is booked directly after you, your session will still end as scheduled.
  • 24 hours notice is expected and appreciated for any cancellations. If less than 24 hours notice is given the full session fee is due.
  • Please do not wear perfumes or cologne to your appointment.
  • Essential oils may be used during your treatment – please communicate any allergies or sensitivities to oils or lotions prior to the beginning of your session.
  • All clients must fill out a health history form prior to their first massage. This is to ensure there are no contraindications to you receiving bodywork and to help us communicate about your needs for the session.
  • This is a safe, therapeutic environment. The work done during this massage does not constitute medical treatment and the massage therapist is not a physician. The session is a form of health and wellness maintenance utilizing the techniques of massage and holistic healing. Any information exchanged during the session will remain confidential.
  • Payment for massage is required at time of appointment. Cash and Credit Card are acceptable forms of payment.
