“Ode to Sue’s Pillow” and “Leave Room in Your Heart” have both been sold to a private collection.
“Ode to Sue’s Pillow”
I’d become attached to them both and it was easier to let go knowing they will be well loved. It was fun to talk to the new owner and hear what they saw in the paintings. It’s often different than what I see – which is something I love about intuitive abstract work. It can speak to whoever the viewer is and whatever they need.
“Leave Room in Your Heart”
Also – I don’t do commissions perse, but was shown a pillow for color ideas and that’s how the first piece came to be. It was so fun to create and I am very grateful to everyone who supports my art!! ♥
Both pieces are 18×24, acrylic on wood with a matte varnish. Most of my abstract art is shared over on Instagram@taniapalermostudioonmain – I’d love to interact with you there. :)
